ELP High Output Self-Test/DALI Emergency Recessed Downlight - LDE8F
Replaces old codes LDE8F/HO/W/D/WH - LDE8F/HO/C/D/WH - LDE8F/HO/HL/D/WH
Where projects require the advantages of low energy/long life LEDs packaged in standard downlight products for plasterboard ceilings and ceiling tiles the LDE8F range is the ideal choice. The LDE8F downlights (white or black thermally conductive plastic) are installed using spring clips into a 45mm diameter cut-out. The LDE8F range can be supplied with the LDM60/HOD in-line DALI-2 emergency driver kit which can pass through
the cut-out into the ceiling void (minimum void depth 150mm).
LDE8F/W (WIDE BEAM)
The LDE8F/W downlight offers a Wide beam (160 degree) lens configuration ideal for illumination of open areas with mounting heights of typically 2 to 8m.
LDE8F/C (‘CORRIDOR’ BEAM)
The LDE8F/C downlight offers a dissymmetric lens providing a narrow beam across the width of a corridor and extremely wide (batwing) distribution along the length of the corridor.
LDE8F/HL (HIGH LEVEL/MEDIUM BEAM)
The LDE8F/HL downlight offers a medium beam ideal for higher mounting heights of typically 6 to12m or lighting high risk tasks.
The ideal DALI-2 emergency driver pack is the LDM60/HOD/TU This comprises a two piece housing for the emergency driver and high temperature LiFePO₄ battery and easily passes through the cut out required to mount the LDE8F. When the normal mains supply fails the LDM60/HOD/TU powers the LDE8F downlight for 3 hours. The LDM60/HOD/TU has Class II insulation, a Safe Extra Low Voltage output and features double insulated wires to the
downlight to provide additional mechanical protection.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please e-mail returns@ledspares.co.uk we will send you a returns authorization form for you to complete and return with the product. This will give you details of the returns address. Please do not return any products to our registered address as returns will not be accepted there and your refund will not be issued.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@ledspares.co.uk we will then forward you a Returns Authorization form (if applicable) with the return address details. Please do not return any products to our registered address as returns will not be accepted and your refund will not be issued.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
