The UV-C linear with sensor is designed for the disinfection of surfaces and is suitable for a wide range of applications. The UV-C linear provides universal UV-C irradiance with homogenous distribution. Its disinfection capability is based on wattage used and a specific exposure time for a given distance from that surface. No persons or animals should be present at the time of usage, due to high risk of harm to eyes and skin. It comes with safeguard controls using sensor monitoring, which automatically shuts down the UV-C linear should a person or animal be detected within the range of the sensor. The performance is enhanced by a highly reflective and durable aluminium body, which improves its efficacy even further and directs the UV-C light to the to-be-irradiated surfaces and within the sensor range.
These UV-C products are meant for disinfection purposes only and cannot be used for general illumination. The products generate high power UV-C light, which can cause serious injuries to eyes and/or skin. Avoid direct exposure of eyes and skin to the UV-C light. Only for use in closed enclosures, which protect users from UV-C light exposure.
In case of lamp breakage, follow instructions: ventilate the room for 30 minutes and remove loose parts, preferably wearing gloves. Pack broken parts in a closed packaging (plastic bag) and dispose of as chemical waste. Do not use a vacuum cleaner

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please e-mail returns@ledspares.co.uk we will send you a returns authorization form for you to complete and return with the product. This will give you details of the returns address. Please do not return any products to our registered address as returns will not be accepted there and your refund will not be issued.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@ledspares.co.uk we will then forward you a Returns Authorization form (if applicable) with the return address details. Please do not return any products to our registered address as returns will not be accepted and your refund will not be issued.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
