Devola Glass Panel Heaters with Wifi App
These Devola glass panel heaters are some of the most technically advanced models on the market. Boasting a Wi-Fi connectivity function, they can be used in accordance with various smart home devices and applications. They have a contemporary slimline profile and can complement any room with the tempered glass housing and modern LED display (which can be switched off if required).
These panel heaters warm up promptly and the adjustable thermostat takes a precise reading of the room temperature and will then adjust accordingly based on the settings chosen by the user. The temperature can be adjusted from 5-50 °C. The units are lot 20 compliant and have a front air grille which provides efficient heat circulation to prevent overheating. They are IP24 rated, meaning the offer protection from sprays of water and fingers/objects larger than 12mm. For additional peace of mind, the heatera have a child safety lock, whereby the touch keys are disabled when activated.
In eco mode they can operate at half of its full capacity, if required, which saves on energy costs. In comfort mode the units are operating at full capacity and will run according to the settings chosen by the user. The anti-frost mode ensures that the heating element does not cease operation during extremely cold conditions during colder months. The user-friendly timer allows for a personalised heating schedule to be set to suit individual needs.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please e-mail returns@ledspares.co.uk we will send you a returns authorization form for you to complete and return with the product. This will give you details of the returns address. Please do not return any products to our registered address as returns will not be accepted there and your refund will not be issued.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@ledspares.co.uk we will then forward you a Returns Authorization form (if applicable) with the return address details. Please do not return any products to our registered address as returns will not be accepted and your refund will not be issued.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
